Photos from the venues
Some guides use photos that the cafes and restaurants took themselves, for example the autumn drinks from COPPA, Bruk Cafe and Café Belmont. They come from the venue or from its own website, with its permission, and carry a caption such as “Photo: COPPA”. Copyright stays with the venue. We cannot pass that permission on, so if you want to use one of these photos, ask the venue directly. Its address, website and phone number are on its profile page under all places.
Photos from Google Maps
Venue cards and profiles also show photos from Google Maps, loaded through the Google Places API. Each one belongs to the person who uploaded it to Google Maps and is shown under Google's terms. Where we pick a specific photo for a card, the author is named on it. We do not own these photos and cannot license them.
Our own graphics
The drawings, icons and page layouts on BiteKrakow are ours. To use one, write to hello@bitekrakow.com and tell us where it will appear. Map tiles on the food map come from OpenFreeMap, with map data from OpenStreetMap contributors, under their own licenses.
